Here are a few examples of documents that only require an apostille certificate (no solicitor or notary certification needed):

- Official documents issued by UK government departments or agencies
- Original documents with ‘wet ink’ signatures from ACRO, HMRC, or Companies House
- Documents already apostilled by a British Overseas Territory or Crown Dependency
- For example, the British Virgin Islands (BVI), Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Jersey, or the Isle of Man

Processing time
- Submit your documents by 10 am for the next-business day service.
- Documents are usually ready for pick up around 3:30 pm on the day they are completed.
- Note: Turnaround time is for apostille processing only and excludes postage or courier delivery times.

- In-person delivery: Drop them off at our Westminster office. No appointment is required.
